Image Titles Being Stripped

Hello all,
All the images on all my pages using Kadence Block Pro have the image title stripped. I am checking all my SEO via SEO Meta in 1 Click extension and every page is reporting 0 image titles.
Am I missing something? When I attempt to add custom HTML with the image title in any block, I get a block recover error.
