Sticky Header Double the Size

Hello all,
I recently have been making some cache edits to boost site speed and this morning I noticed my sticky header (into transparent header on scroll) is now double the size. Even when you scroll and the transparent header works properly, there is still a transparent color header stuck behind it.
It appears it might be related to my logo which was never an issue previously. The logo’s actual size is 200×80, however, when I edit the max width under 200, the header begins to shrink back to the correct size. Unless the max width is set at 100, the header expands vertically.
Any idea how I can correct this?
