Duplicating the Kadence WP site’s Starter Themes Page

Hi – I know this will sound dumb, but looking for the most efficient way to duplicate the Start Themes Page that is on the Kadence WP site. I don’t want to just link directly to it as I want to customize each one. Reason being is that I want to use this as part of my sales pitch when I present to prospective clients. My initial thought is to create a WordPress install and database for each one on my server, install demo content for each site, customize each site, take a screenshot of each main page, finish up by creating a page on my own website where I upload each screenshot that each link to its respective site. This is a ton of work but for the life of me I can’t think of another solution. Any thoughts? Thank you!!! Elaine
