Kadence Rows Cause BIg CLS Issues (Need to Fix asap)

Hello, so i have gone through different sites and tried everything with rows on different pages and websites and always get CLS issues sometimes they will be gone but reloading lighthouse a few times and they always appear when I use the row block.
This always causes a failure of the google core web vitals test due to content layout shift

I have tried removing every element one by one, hell I even tried the design library row layouts and all of them when tested eventually will cause CLS, sometimes on the first run no, but after multiple runs it always crops up.
Not sure how else to fix this other than to move away from kadence rows, which would be a shame since its the most powerful block in kadence.
