Global colours not pulling through to blog posts

Hey there,
I did a search but couldn’t find anything pertaining to my question…so apologies if it’s been covered and I missed it!
I’ve selected my global colours and they’re pulling through everywhere except on some blog posts, where the sub-heads are still green (from previous theme – Divi). Is there something I can do to fix this or do I have to do it manually?
Side note: you sent an email a little while ago saying not to rush to update to the latest version of WordPress. Is it okay to update now or should I wait a bit longer?
