Formatting H2 Links on Posts

Hi, as seen on the image below: when I add a link to the H2 element “1. The North Face Surge Backpack~” the format of the element becomes small. The above sentence “Best North Face Backpacks for Travel~” is also an H2 element without a link.
How can I fix this?
