Copy/Paste text from Word and multiple paragraphes ?

Hi all,
I noticed an issue when I want to copy/past a text in a row, it creates automatically multiples paragraphes for each parts of my text. Instead of one block with my whole text I have dozens of paragraphes.
Did I miss something ? Thx for your replies.
