Why Kadence theme has no templates folder, what is the example of a page template?
for example in ocean wp there is a templates folder and inside there is a template php file landing.php
oceanwp/templates/landing.php
it has

/**
* Template Name: Landing Page
*
* @package OceanWP WordPress theme
*/
