Animated elements don’t show

Hi,
I had similar problem maybe about 8 months ago, it was solved but appeared again recently. The page where you will be able to see this is *Login to see link
On the top part of this page all the animated elements (titles and sub-titles) work fine. In the 3rd section of this page there is a set of 3 products sliders. All the animated elements down of these sliders don’t show when scrolling down. But, after the elements got out of the screen (from the top because scrolling down), if we scroll back up, the animated elements will appear (entering from top of the screen) with the animation. I am not sure what I said is very clear, I hope it is…
