Hi, my retail site has not been allowing customers to download their virtual products. After the transaction the customer is given a link to initiate the download, but they get the above error. No further explanation is given.
My photo gallery is also coming up blank.
I know WordPress has recently modified their download directories. Does this have something to do with it? I appreciate the help!
