Conversions: Clicking “no thanks” link closes popup

I have a Conversions popup with an email sign-up form. I already have the goal conversion set to close the popup when submitting the form. However, I want to add a “no thanks” link under the form, and when clicking, the popup is closed. I can’t find any option to do this.
