Table of Contents – collapse button color

Hello,
I have a minor problem, but it is bugging me a lot. Table of Contents has a button that collapses the list on the right side. No matter what I do I can’t change the color of this button to white. I tried changing every color that exists in the block, and while on the edited post it looks good, on the published posts it remains black.
