Portfolio Grid with Lightbox

I would like to create a portfolio grid to display artwork. I have several different galleries which I have created as portfolio items.
I want the portfolio grid to display all of the images within each gallery—not just the featured image. The idea is that the user will first see all of the artwork, and can then sort by portfolio type.
Additionally, upon click, I would like the images to open at full-size in a lightbox allowing users to click through.
