Hi!

First of all: I love the Kadence theme. It’s simply the best I found after lengthy research.
I’m currently building a SUPER lightweight website with it that gets a google pagespeed of 100.

But I ran into a problem and need your help: I want to use “latest” posts displayed on my home page together with a custom hero image + Headline.
But when I edit the Homepage Settings and under “Your homepage displays” I selected “Your latest posts” I can’t edit it.

So I changed it to “A static page” and there I was able to do what I want. But now the problem is that the native grey website background disappeared and everything is drowning in white colour. This makes the Post boxes disappear because everything is “content” and inherits the Content Background colour instead of the Site Background colour.

So either I need to be able to put some shortcode for a slider into “Your latest posts”-Home option, or I’m able to delete the content background colour around everything but the post boxes on a single page.

Thank you so much for your help!
