possible to have a huge gap between nav links?

Actually I have a few questions but most importantly is.
Let’s say for my web LYFE as you can see all links are to the left can I make it something like this?img sample
It’s like the nav link is at the center (wondering if there’s option to adjust it or need to input own css) but to the right side of the same row there’s two more links which is language option.
Another question is just curiosity if it is possible the topbar can be on top of the footer instead?
