fail when downloading recommended sliders

you guys work so hard, I hate to post again.
There are three sliders recommended with the theme, I get a fail when I try to download any of them. I am logged into kadence and WP. Here’s a message:
Downloading install package from *Login to see link (I just edited my site in this post, the actual message has the correct site name).
Download failed. Restricted
Are there instructions that I missed? Is this an additional purchase?
