Kadence Slider Pro Doesn’t Show Up

Hello,
Is there a reason that would cause the sliders not to show up? I set the sliders to show using the “THEME OPTIONS” in the “Home Slider” and “Home Mobile Slider” menus.
The slider shows when I set the “JUST AFTER THE HEADER” option using the shortcode.
Thank you…
Extra question: What are the common practices to create the mobile slider? Font sizes, positions, etc.
