Save images from website alters size

Hello,
When I go to a WordPress website I am working on, and go to a browser – Chrome and Firefox – and download by right-clicking and save as to my laptop, locally, the image size in width/height is altered.
If I go to the WP Dashboard on the other hand and Media Library and use Copy image link to the clipboard, and post in the same browsers, the image is not altered in size.
Do you know if this is due to your Kadence Blocks/themes or general behaviour of WordPress?
