Mobile menu not scrolling fully

Hi,
Since some time I have a problem with my menu on mobile.
When you click on the menu on a mobile device I cannot scroll the menu down. It just scrolls a tiny bit and that’s it.
“Sticky header for mobile” option is deactivated and i tried the folowing custom css but nothing works.
Cannot find what the problem is. Any suggestions?
