Change Search Field Placeholder Text From Search… To something else

Hi there,
When I click on search icon in the header. It opens a pop-up window with a search field and icon.
I want to change the placeholder of this field which is currently “search…” I want this to be “Search For Blog Posts”.
There is no option to do this?
