Migrating From Staging to Live

My current live suite has Divi theme installed and I have set up a staging site to migrate to Kadence.
The site is a Woocomemerce store so there are orders, products etc that have been added to the live site so I just need to bring the theme over with some amended pages which I had to update due to the Divi shortcodes.
What is the best way to migrate?
