How can I make navigation items without links?

Hello
Instead of actual links to pages, I want my top menu elements to be hoverable for drop-down menus like category indicators. How does this work? It gets clickable if I include a # while placing it in the menu. Is it possible to create a top menu item without a link that has dropdowns underneath it? Visit *Login to see link ine/ to see this.
