Hi there,
After the latest theme upgrade today, all of my image blocks are broken. When I’m in the editor, they say “Attempt Block Recovery”. I noticed under “Advanced” they suddenly have something written under Additional CSS that I didn’t write myself, the code includes the word “resized”. These are photos that I had aligned left or right and then pulled down to size so they would sit next to paragraph text. Or I had used the old setting where you could pick a percentage of 25%, 50%, or 75% to resize the image (I noticed in the last couple weeks that setting isn’t available anymore, so I’ve been grabbing the edge of the image and pulling it down to size manually instead. Kind of a bummer because the percentages helped me keep things streamlined and equal). Any photos that were centered across the whole page and where I didn’t mess with the dimensions are not having the block recovery problem.
I am not going into my Media library and resizing photos there, I’m not cropping or anything like that.
The pages seem to look fine on my live website so if I don’t delete the weird CSS and hit “attempt recovery” to fix it, I guess there are no consequences. But it’s annoying to open the editor and have all these broken blocks everywhere. Is there anything I can do besides comb through all 100+ posts on my website and fix each individual photo block?
Thanks,
Claire
