How to show the pages at the bottom of the blog to see additional posts?

Basically as the post states. If I use posts it will allow me to choose how many I want to see on the page, however, it won’t have page numbers to go to the next page to see more. I’m not sure I’m even explaining it right. Using the Kadence blog as an example at the bottom of the blog page, you have an option to click to another page (page 2, 3, 4 etc all the way to 29).
Why is that not showing on my site? It shows the number of posts I’ve chosen, but there is no option unless I use archive block to see older posts and they can then choose a month to view. I’d like mine to basically look the same as the kadence blog. I hope that makes sense.
