I’m trying to set up a newsletter subscription form that integrates with MailerLite.

I have the API and group details set up correctly, but every time I try to submit the form I get “Item is required” and “Submission failed” errors. All fields are filled out (there’s only fields for name and email), so I don’t understand the “Item is required” error.

What does this mean? Can you advise what might be going wrong?
