Someone at Kadence Please Help Me Fix This Theme

Hello
I have been getting the runaround now for days. No matter what lazyload I use on my site, I get the same issue, my product gallery won’t load. I was given an exclude to use and that does nothing. I cannot use Lazy Load, Minimize Javascript or Block Render using any plugin. I have tested them all and I have even deactivated all the plugins and troubleshooted with only Kadence and Woocommerce disabled plus the optimization plugin of choice. All do the same thing. I have been asked to supply a temporary login which I did, no one ever went in my site and tested anything. I keep being given the runaround. Anybody else getting this issue? This is ridiculous now, it has been days. How can I optimize my slow site if I cannot use the optimization options available to me?
