Default CSS for Admin

Would it be possible to assign default CSS styles to the admin area?

It seems to be the case that certain styles defined for the front end are being applied in the admin area. The most common issue is when a post is created, the title text is coloured white – and therefore invisible!

The admin style is clearly grabbing a CSS rule from the front end and applying it to the back end – which is annoying!

It would save a lot of fuss if we could just assign a basic set of CSS styles to the admin which overrides anything set-up for the front-end.
