Kadence Pro Theme not working

Hello, I just purchased the Kadence theme and was super excited to use it however the Pro theme is not working. I can use all the starter themes and they install perfectly but whenever I switch to Pro to a pro theme it doesn’t do anything, nothing happens or changes. I’ve reached out to support but the response has been slow and not helpful, any one know why this is happening?
