repea control on kacende conversions

Hi,
-I created a mailpoet embeded shortcode form and configured to redirect/click to nother url
-Then I used an embeded shortcode to insert the mailpoet form into kadence conversions pop up
-then in enabled the conversion goal on click button and enabled repeat control
– when i test the pop un it redirects and the form works fine, when on the redirected url the popup still pops up
-so the repeat control no working
Is there a way to make the repeat control work when using another form besides the kadence conversion form?
