Underline links in headings?

Hi
I’ve just realised that my Kadence theme only underlines links in standard text, not in headings.
Can anyone help me with what CSS is needed to make links in headings also underlined? At the moment they show as a different colour when I hover but there’s nothing to show a reader that they’re actually a link. Ideally I’d like them to behave the same as standard text links – a different colour and underline.
