Play welcome video on first login

Hi, I was hoping you could have some suggestions on how I could achieve having a video come up in a modal on the home page on the first login.

I was hoping I could do this with the video modal or the Kadence Elements, but I see no way of targeting the first login, after that, I don’t want it to show again.

Another option could be to have people directed to a welcome page with just the video on it on the first login…but then how do I get them to the home page after it has finished?
