Won’t add shipping twice?

Hi everyone! I got a problem on my website.
I sell books, stickers and bookmarks.
The main problem I have is that if you order a book, you can order it a second time and the shipping cost doesn’t add up. So someone could order 20 books and pay only the shipping for one 😱 ! I tried multiple things, like checking the box ‘order only one per customer’, but nothing works.
I also wish to cancel the sticker shipping if someone orders the book. Any suggestions?
