Kadence Forms problem

Hello,

when I create a form at Kadence> Forms, I receive this message at the top of the screen “The content of your post doesn’t match the template assigned to your post type.”

Do I have to click “Reset” or “Leave as is” ? I created two forms and they don’t work, and I’m wondering why.
If I click Reset then the next message is Are you sure, but the message doesn’t go away anyways. I have to click Leave as is to get rid of the message.

The form entries are logged at Kadence&gt>Form Entries, but I don’t receive the email. I have tested that my email sends and receives messages in general.

Any idea what may be causing the problem? Thanks.
