Dear Support,

I made a renewal payment of $75 on 7th September. However, the payment was past due, and it’s possible that my license expired, even though it was still showing as active in the system before the payment.

I’ve been having trouble getting a response on the Virtue support forum, and I’ve noticed that the block menu on the right side panel is not visible to me. I suspect that this may be due to the license expiration. Could you please investigate and resolve these two issues for me?

Without access to the right-hand panel, I’m unable to make any edits to our website, and tasks are piling up. I urgently request your attention to this matter.
