Etsy style site

I have been reading up on how to set up an etsy style site using a theme called Marketpress and I was wondering if the I can set up an etsy style site using Virtue premium since that’s what I am already familiar with (and like). I already have a commercial paypal account and I can setup a domain as multi-site….after that can I go ahead and install virtue or will I need to use Marketplace?
