Search Results Layout Inconsistencies

Hi! I was trying to modify the webpage for the Search results and I noticed it displays two different layouts. One for successful results and another for “no matching” results. I can’t seem to find how to change the layout for the latter. I also cannot find a solution anywhere online. Would appreciate it if someone can give me a tip or two. Kindly refer to attached pics for what I mean:
