Can I add a down arrow ontop of a gallery slider to take me to the next section?

I have a row/section/gallery advance
On top of the gallery I want to add a down arrow in the middle of the screen to take to the next section on the home page.
Is this doable in Kadence?
Do I add it to the row, or the section or the gallery?
Help Please.
