Need help customizing WP Travel

How can I customize the page of single trips from WP travel. I am using the Kadence Elements for this to get a custom page for all the trips.
Also trying to reach out to Kadence Support multiple times and it’s always saying “Error: Please try again by clicking the back button on your browser.”
