Hello KadenceWP Team/Community,

I recently purchased the Full Bundle from KadenceWP but, after evaluating it against our team’s requirements, we decided to proceed with a different platform—namely, DIVI.I dont download kadencewp pro Theme also.

While we appreciate the features and functionality of KadenceWP, it unfortunately doesn’t align with our goals as we initially hoped.

As per your refund policy, I submitted a refund request on November 30, 2024 but have not yet received a response. Could someone from the KadenceWP team kindly assist with this?

Here’s a brief summary of the request:

Purchase Date: November 30, 2024
Reason for Refund: Platform not aligning with our needs.
Request Submitted: support portal ticket# 666823
