CSS for adding caption to video pop-up block?

Hi there,
Is it possible to have text/a caption appear when you hover over a video thumbnail? I have a row with multiple Advanced Gallery blocks side-by-side, and when you hover over an Advanced Gallery, a caption appears. Then I also have a Video Pop-Up block in the same row next to all the Advanced Galleries, and I want it to have the same effect. See screenshot; the square in the middle shows the caption that appears on hover. I’d like to achieve that same look when it comes to the video block on the left.
