Why Header/Footer Scripts is not working properly?

Hi,
I’m using Kadence Pro on my website smartsimregistrationsph.ph, and I had trouble verifying Google AdSense ads.txt through Kadence’s Header/Footer Scripts.
I placed the ads.txt code, but AdSense couldn’t detect it.
Cleared cache, waited, still no success.
Then I tried Ads.txt Manager plugin, and it worked instantly.
Can anyone guide me how can I solve this out. Thank You…
