Advanced form – using dynamic placeholder triggers form submission failure

On an Advanced Form, I’m trying to use a dynamic placeholder (by inputting a field name) to have an input field included in the subject line. When I do this and test the form, there’s submission failure. When I erase all the field names, the form can submit successfully.
Can someone advise?
