Mobile Dropdown Menu – Problems on iPad in Landscape mode

Hi there,
while testing the responsive virtue theme on different devices I realized that the mobile menu of my site works not properly on every phone or tablet. There seem to be no problems on my iPhone, but if I try to open the dropdown menu on an iPad in Landscape mode, the menu does not appear at first after clicking on it whereas it works properly in the upright mode of the iPad.

If I scroll down it suddenly appears dropped down, but transparent and overlaying the revolution slider and the following parts of the home page.

The dropdown menu style is not set to transparent in my settings yet.
