Inset content box within body of a post?

Hi,
I’m new to Kadence, but impressed with what I’ve been able to do so far. I’m stumped, however, at how to do the following. I’d like to include an inset callout within the body of a post. The “Perfect Harmonies” callout in the attached image (not a Kadence site) shows what I’m trying to do. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this with Kadence?
