Bold or Strong tag is not visible in block editor

Hello, in block editor, when applying bold to a text, the bold is applied, it is on the code and it is visible in the frontend, but in the editor is not visible. It happens with all plugins disabled and only Kadence theme, if I disabled Kadence theme, then the bold applied to a text in the editor is visible again
