Remove white space above footer/header?

Hi, I noticed that kadence theme always has a blank space above the footer even with space above footer disabled.
Is there a way to remove the white space either by css and by default?
The same applies for headers. Is there a permanent fix instead of workaround using negative margin on the first block?
