I have encountered incorrect scrolling behavior under the following condition:

When an expanded accordion item has very long content (i.e. you have to scroll down to view all of its content), then when you open/expand another accordion item below it, the page generally scrolls/jumps to the bottom of the page. It appears to be related to the originally long accordion item closing while it tries to open the new accordion item.

If I turn off the block setting of “Panes close when another opens”, then the problem doesn’t happen.
