Bullets suddenly appearing

Hello,
I’ve been using a Kadence theme on my blog for a little over three years now, and I’ve generally been very satisfied with its performance and features. However, I’ve recently encountered a peculiar issue that I can’t quite seem to resolve. When I’m logged out of my account, I’ve started noticing that there are bullets appearing next to each blog post on the homepage, making the posts look like a list rather than the clean and organized layout I’m used to.
Interestingly, this issue does not occur when I’m logged in; everything appears as it should without those distracting bullet points.
I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this anomaly with the Kadence theme. If so, I’d love to hear how you addressed the problem.
