issue with woocommerce_after_single_product_summary using Kadence theme…

I’m trying to display content UNDER product summary and ABOVE the main product description tabs on a Woocommerce single product page.
The hook woocommerce_after_single_product_summary seemed perfect – however using priority 1-9, the content seems to be conflated with the product summary data (is is squeezing between the small gap between the product images and the product summary data) – switching to priority 10 bumps the content to AFTER the product description data (as expected).
This only happens when I use Kadence theme. Are there known issues with Kadence and this particular woocommerce hook? This is happening on Desktop (mobile seems fine).
