My Sportswear Manufacturing Website Design Is Not Saving Updates

I’m facing a persistent issue on my WordPress website (Kadence theme) where updates are not saving properly. Whenever I make changes inside any block or section, the editor keeps auto-saving repeatedly, but the changes do not actually save.
Most of the time this happens:
Auto-save starts on its own and keeps loading
When I click the Update / Save button manually, it does not save
The editor keeps loading and eventually gets stuck
The frontend does not show any of the changes
The Save button shows a continuous loading spinner
Because of this, it becomes very difficult to continue designing the website, as no changes are reflected on the live site.
If anyone has experienced this before or knows the possible causes (caching, browser issue, hosting limits, REST API problems, plugin conflicts, etc.), please guide me. I would really appreciate a solution.
